We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Worker for our facility in Sacramento, California. In this role, you will be instrumental in the smooth functioning of our logistics operations. Your duties will encompass a variety of essential tasks, including receiving merchandise, stocking shelves, fulfilling orders by picking and packing, and preparing items for shipment. A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is required to ensure that inventory is managed correctly and customer orders are processed without errors. This position involves significant physical activity, requiring the ability to perform consistent Lifting and moving of goods. We place a strong emphasis on Safety, mandating that all employees follow rigorous Safety protocols and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Responsibilities:
- Accept, sort, and store incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick items for customer orders.
- Pack products to ensure safe transit.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles.
- Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse.
- Follow all Safety procedures and wear mandated PPE.
- Conduct inventory checks as needed.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment.
- Contribute to the overall logistics flow.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is beneficial.
- Ability to perform tasks involving regular Lifting and physical exertion.
- Knowledge of warehouse Safety regulations.
- Commitment to using PPE and adhering to Safety guidelines.
- Basic inventory management understanding.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
- Reliable and punctual.
