About
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic logistics team in Dallas, Texas. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our warehouse, ensuring that all products are received, stored, and shipped accurately and on time. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks including, but not limited to, receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and staging orders for delivery, and maintaining an organized and clean work environment. Adherence to all company policies and safety regulations is paramount.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments.
- Verify inventory accuracy and report any discrepancies.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to customer specifications.
- Operate manual pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Contribute to team efforts and communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
- Handle lifting of items up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to all protocols.
