Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming inventory, ensuring accuracy against purchase orders.
- Stock and organize products within the warehouse according to established procedures.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare shipments for delivery, including labeling and staging.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and effectively, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company safety regulations and protocols.
- Participate in inventory counts and audits.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding inventory status and order fulfillment.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing for extended periods, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Commitment to safety and proper use of PPE.
