Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory.
- Stock shelves and organize inventory in designated areas.
- Pick and pack orders accurately according to customer requirements.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, including labeling and documentation.
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed, adhering to all safety guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse floor and work areas.
- Conduct periodic inventory checks and report any discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and the proper use of PPE.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned by supervisors.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Prior warehouse experience is a plus but not strictly necessary for motivated individuals.
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced setting.
- Physical capability to perform tasks involving frequent bending, stooping, and lifting, with occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Demonstrated understanding of warehouse safety procedures and the importance of PPE.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic understanding of logistics and inventory management.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and procedures.
