About
We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. This role is integral to our warehouse operations, involving a wide range of tasks to ensure efficient and accurate handling of goods. You will be involved in receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping orders. A strong emphasis on **Safety** and accuracy is paramount, and we provide comprehensive training and all necessary **PPE**. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to a fast-paced **Logistics** environment.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming inventory against purchase orders.
- Accurately pick products from shelves based on order tickets or electronic devices.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment, ensuring product protection.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and staging.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Conduct inventory counts and assist with stock management.
- Adhere to all company **Safety** policies and procedures, including the use of required **PPE**.
- Contribute to the smooth functioning of **Logistics** operations by meeting performance targets.
- Assist with **Lifting** and moving items throughout the warehouse, following safe practices.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or similar work experience is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
- Must be able to perform **Lifting** up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with basic **Logistics** and warehouse procedures is beneficial.
- Understanding and adherence to workplace **Safety** rules and **PPE** requirements.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
