This role involves a variety of essential warehouse duties, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and preparing goods for shipment. Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory according to established procedures.
- Accurately pick products based on customer orders and prepare them for packing.
- Pack items securely and efficiently, ensuring they are ready for transit.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles using appropriate equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Conduct regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Operate hand tools and warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and dollies.
- Follow all company **Safety** policies and procedures, including wearing required **PPE**.
- Assist with general warehouse maintenance and organization tasks.
- Support **Logistics** operations by performing tasks that require moderate **Lifting**.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout the shift.
- Must be able to perform **Lifting** of up to 50 pounds independently and consistently.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Familiarity with **Logistics** operations and warehouse environments is beneficial.
- Commitment to workplace **Safety** and adherence to **PPE** guidelines.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
