We are seeking a diligent Warehouse Associate to join our expanding operations in Charlotte, North Carolina. This role is integral to our supply chain, focusing on the accurate and timely handling of goods within our distribution center. Your responsibilities will span receiving, stocking, order fulfillment (picking and packing), and preparing items for shipment. We value teamwork, efficiency, and a steadfast commitment to safety. Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Efficiently stock merchandise in designated warehouse locations.
- Accurately pick products for customer orders using scanning technology.
- Pack items with care, ensuring they are ready for safe transit.
- Prepare orders for shipment, verifying contents and quantities.
- Operate various warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and potentially forklifts (certification may be required).
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards.
- Follow all company guidelines for Safety , including the mandatory use of PPE .
- Participate in inventory management tasks, such as cycle counts.
- Support the broader Logistics functions of the facility.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential for motivated candidates.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 40-50 pounds.
- Basic computer and scanning equipment proficiency.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
- Commitment to following all safety protocols.
