Are you an experienced Warehouse Associate looking for a new opportunity in Phoenix, Arizona? Our busy logistics center is seeking reliable individuals to contribute to our warehouse operations. You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, from receiving and processing inventory to preparing orders for shipment. This position demands physical stamina, a detail-oriented approach, and adherence to strict Safety standards. Your contributions will be key to ensuring efficient workflow and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
- Receive and verify incoming merchandise against purchase orders.
- Sort, tag, and stock items accurately into inventory.
- Fulfill customer orders by picking and packing items.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Conduct inventory cycle counts and assist with physical inventories.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the warehouse.
- Strictly follow all Safety regulations and wear required PPE.
- Assist in the loading and unloading of trucks.
- Contribute to overall logistics efficiency.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven warehouse or distribution experience.
- Capability to handle significant physical exertion, including Lifting up to 60 lbs.
- Good inventory management skills.
- Knowledge of warehouse Safety procedures.
- Familiarity with general logistics principles.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
