We are looking for motivated Warehouse Associates to join our team in Madison, Wisconsin. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a key player in the logistics industry. As a Warehouse Associate, you will perform a variety of tasks including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping of goods. Your dedication to accuracy and efficiency will be paramount in ensuring our customers receive their orders correctly and on time. Safety is our top priority, and all associates are expected to strictly adhere to safety guidelines, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This role requires the ability to handle frequent lifting of items up to 30 lbs and to perform physically demanding tasks throughout the shift. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new processes are essential. We offer training for all equipment and procedures. This is a dynamic role where you'll contribute directly to the smooth functioning of our warehouse operations and the overall logistics chain. Teamwork and communication are key to success in this position.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and process warehouse stock products.
- Picking and filling orders from stock.
- Packing and shipping orders accurately.
- Performing inventory counts and checks.
- Loading and unloading delivery vehicles.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Operating warehouse equipment safely, following all PPE requirements.
- Adhering to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Assisting with general warehouse duties as needed.
- Contributing to efficient logistics operations.
