We are hiring Warehouse Workers for our facility in Colorado Springs, Colorado, to support our growing logistics operations. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be involved in a variety of essential tasks, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods. This is a hands-on role that requires physical stamina and a commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work environment. You will be a key part of our operational team, ensuring that our products move efficiently and accurately through the distribution center. The ideal candidate is a team player with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. We value safety above all else and expect all employees to adhere to strict safety protocols. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Operate manual pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Perform inventory counts and assist with stock organization.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including the correct use of PPE.
- Identify and report any safety hazards or damaged goods.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
- Responsible for Lifting and moving products of varying weights.
- Understand the flow of goods in a logistics setting.
Qualifications:
Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required; we will train the right candidate. Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting and standing for extended periods. Strong work ethic and reliability. Team-oriented attitude. Commitment to workplace safety. Ability to follow instructions and procedures accurately. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Awareness of safety protocols and the importance of PPE is essential. Basic understanding of warehouse operations and the logistics process is helpful.
