We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Physical Therapist - DPT to join our team at db OrthoPT in our Red Bank office. We are a PT owned practice where you can be a part of something special including an opportunity to earn equity ownership shares in the practice. New grads will be consider if had exceptional experience in their clinical rotations and is willing to learn and grow in the practice. Sitting for the Orthopedic Clinical Specialist exam will be required and will be paid for by the practice. Unlimited Continuing education based on the needs of the practice and willingness to share/teach within our monthly in-service program. We are a clinical teaching site for Rutgers University DPT program and the ideal candidate should be prepared to have a periodic student. Our facility is state of the art with the latest in therapeutic modalities including a Zimmer Class IV laser, and Radial Pulsed Shockwave, Therm-X vasopneumatic cryo and heat therapy as well as an AlterG antigravity treadmill.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to aid in patient recovery
- Provide hands-on manual therapy techniques
- Educate patients and their families on at-home exercises and self-care strategies
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Skills:
- Proficiency in physical therapy evaluation and assessment design
- Experience in orthopedics and outpatient care.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective patient care
- Ability to adapt treatment plans based on individual patient needs
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with referral sources and colleagues

Pay: $82,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
