*Position Summary:*
Provide high-quality, individualized therapy through evaluation, treatment planning, hands-on care, patient and family education, and a guided home exercise program—supporting patients in reaching their functional goals.
*What You’ll Do:*
* Deliver evidence-based therapy tailored to each patient
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team
* Educate patients and caregivers on recovery techniques
* Maintain accurate, timely documentation
* Foster a positive patient experience with compassion and professionalism
*What You Bring:*
* Current GA Physical Therapy license (or eligible within 6 months)
* Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Comfort working independently and collaboratively
* Passion for quality care and ongoing learning
