About

In conjunction with the assigned administrative weekend staff, is responsible for overseeing the operation of the facility during weekend hours. Contacts Administrator, Assistant Administrator, or DON when in doubt or when important or emergency situations arise. Evaluates residents, implements and documents nursing care. Administers medications, performs various tests and assists physicians during examinations and procedures as needed. Assesses and documents resident condition and reports significant changes. Performs a variety of clinical and administrative tasks. Oversees care provided by LPNs & CNAs.
