The ideal candidate for the position of Sales Manager will be extremely motivated and career driven, with experience in the current sales market. Duties will include
Direct and lead the operations of the Sales team. Conduct valuations for residential properties. Accountable quality of customer care. Meet and exceed targets for sales business. Arrange and conduct viewing appointments and secure new business. To work in accordance with all legal obligations without exception. Maintain up to date knowledge of the property market and sell company services to vendors, purchasers and their advisers. Carry out morning meetings and monthly 1-2-1s with staff. Staff training and development. Manage the overall success of the Sales team. Skills required
Prior experience working within a Senior Sales position, with a proven track record in securing new business. Line management experience. Listing & valuation experience. Strong negotiation skills. High level of customer service skills. Good telephone manner and positive attitude. Tenacity and be a self-starter with the drive to succeed. Ability to build and nurture trusted relationships at all levels. Be responsive to change. A full UK driving license. What we can offer you
