The Design and Construction team supports the Chief Operations Officer in the oversight of acquisitions and maintenance of Hawai'i Pacific Health properties and facilities. The team focuses on: departmental floor plans, design and construction, equipment planning, facility master planning, insurance-replacement value estimates, land use issues (PRU), leases, real property (acquisitions, dispositions, development, tax exemptions) and space allocations. As the Design and Construction Project Manager, you will coordinate and oversee the design and construction of projects, as well as track scope, design, funding, and construction schedules to ensure timely project completion. We are looking for someone experienced and innovative, with excellent planning skills, the ability to coordinate among various parties and implement long-term goals and a commitment to delivering the highest quality health care to Hawai'i's people. Location: Harbor Court Work Schedule: Day - 8 Hours Work Type: Full Time Regular FTE: 1.000000 Bargaining Unit: Non-Bargaining Exempt: Yes Pay Range: 131,518 - 164,403 USD per year Category: Administrative Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering, or Architecture. Five (5) years experience in the design or construction industry with understanding of different project delivery methods. Local construction industry knowledge. Project management, scheduling, and budgeting experience. Understanding of building safety codes, and OSHA regulations. Preferred Qualifications: Eight (8) years of experience in the design or construction industry. Supervisory experience.
