We have grown stronger through more than 40 financial crises by rethinking the world around us to provide a fresh investment perspective for our clients.Within Technology and Operations unit (T&O), and Infrastructure department, the Collaboration team has the responsibility of messaging (mails, SMS, mails flows) and collaboration systems (SharePoint & Teams) for all employees of the bank.Exchange Engineers are responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining a secure and reliable Microsoft Exchange On-Premise and Cloud infrastructure. This role requires a deep understanding of messaging, network, mail routing, and DLP tools to ensure seamless communication and collaboration across the organization.You will join a dynamic team of 4 engineers with strong technical skills, and managing over 5000 mailboxes, with more than 30 servers around our offices.YOUR ROLEDesign and implement Messaging systemCollaborate with stakeholders to understand communication requirements and design solutions aligned with the organization's goals and security standards.Select and configure Exchange systems, routing protocol, Outlook client, archive and journaling.Administrate, support and improve our emails SMTP routing gateways platform for the group.Maintain project documentation and write deliverables.Engage with peers of various teams, including Network, System, Security, Risk engineers, and architects to integrate existing infrastructure and applications.Liaise regularly with our Service Desk team to identify and help resolve issues related to our scope of intervention. Share knowledge regularly with them.Develop training materials and conduct training sessions to train end-users, ensuring maximum adoption and utilization. Provide prompt and efficient technical support to resolve user issues and inquiries.Keep abreast of the latest advancements, industry best practices, and emerging trends. Proactively identify opportunities to improve existing systems and propose innovative solutions to enhance communication and collaboration within the organization.Participate in the 24/7 On-call duty.YOUR PROFILEBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.3+ years experience in a similar functionMicrosoft Exchange and Office 365 (particularly MS Exchange On-Line) skills, including design, administration and configuration.Good understanding of ProofPoint mail security services including design, administration, configurationGood understanding of Microsoft Entra ID & Active Directory for user management and security.Experience in development and scripting, utilizing PowerShell, Graph API, and other tools for automation.Able to conduct projects, tasks, and troubleshooting independently with precision.Good communication skills for effective interactions with team members and stakeholders.Enjoying teamwork in an extended technical environment and contributing positively to collaborative efforts.Proficiency in using the Microsoft Office suite for various tasks.Languages : French and English (written and spoken)Residence in Switzerland or willingness to relocateOur Maison’s DNA is defined by five core values.
