*Summary*
We have recently opened a new unit and are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our compassionate team at Eagle Rock Health and Rehabilitation of Cascadia. In this role, you will provide essential nursing care to our residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being while supporting their rehabilitation goals.
Additional 3$/hr pay differential for NOC shifts
*Responsibilities*
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
* Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes in condition.
* Assist with daily living activities, ensuring patient comfort and dignity.
* Maintain accurate medical documentation for each patient.
* Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
* Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management.
*Requirements*
* Current LPN license in the state of practice.
* Strong knowledge of nursing principles and patient care practices.
* Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and staff.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
* Experience in acute or inpatient care settings preferred.
