Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily operations, ensuring consistent service standards and hospitality.
Drive financial performance, including revenue, labor, and cost control.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Support hiring, training, coaching, and development of management and hourly teams.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
Identify operational opportunities and implement process improvements.
Act as a leadership presence on the floor, supporting service, teams, and guest experience.
3+ years of senior restaurant management or multi-unit leadership experience.
Strong operational and financial acumen.
Proven ability to lead, coach, and influence teams across multiple departments.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative.
Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
