• Oversee daily operations, ensuring consistent service standards and hospitality.

• Drive financial performance, including revenue, labor, and cost control.

• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

• Support hiring, training, coaching, and development of management and hourly teams.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.

• Identify operational opportunities and implement process improvements.

• Act as a leadership presence on the floor, supporting service, teams, and guest experience.

• 3+ years of senior restaurant management or multi-unit leadership experience.

• Strong operational and financial acumen.

• Proven ability to lead, coach, and influence teams across multiple departments.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative.

• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
