At our bustling commissary kitchen, we're looking for a highly organized and experienced Kitchen Supervisor to oversee daily operations. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for ensuring efficient workflow, consistent product quality, and full compliance with food safety, sanitation, and regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of supervisory experience in a high-volume production kitchen or commissary, as well as experience with large-scale food production, cooling, and packaging processes. A valid driver's license and California Food Handlers Card certification are also required.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise daily food production and packing operations to meet volume, quality, and timeline requirements
- Coordinate workflow between production and packing areas to ensure smooth handoffs and minimize bottlenecks
- Monitor batch cooking, cooling, labeling, and packaging processes for accuracy and consistency
- 2+ years of supervisory experience in a high-volume production kitchen or commissary
- Experience with large-scale food production, cooling, and packaging processes
- Ability to lead diverse teams in a fast-paced, structured environment
- Valid driver's license and California Food Handlers Card certification
