Job Title: Restaurant Operations Manager


About the Role:


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, staff performance, and profitability.


Main Responsibilities:



  • Oversee all restaurant operations, including front of house and back of house activities

  • E nsure compliance with health and safety regulations

  • Manage inventory, ordering, and supply chain processes

  • Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports

  • Monitor revenue and expenses to ensure profitability

  • Implement cost-control measures to optimize resources

  • Recruit, train, and develop staff, ensuring a high level of customer service

  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members

  • Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration

  • Ensure a memorable dining experience for guests, addressing any concerns or feedback

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones

  • Monitor customer satisfaction through surveys or direct feedback

  • Collaborate with ownership to develop and execute the restaurant's vision and goals

  • Analyze market trends and customer preferences to adjust offerings accordingly

  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity


Requirements:



  • Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar managerial role in the restaurant industry

  • Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including food and beverage management

  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

  • Knowledge of budgeting, financial management, and inventory control

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • A degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
