About the Role
We are seeking a poised, detail-oriented Beverage Manager that will act as a manager on the floor to oversee the team during dinner service. As a Service Manager, you come with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences. The ideal candidate has a background in fine dining, proven experience in leadership, thrives in high-volume, high-touch environments, and knows how to lead with both professionalism and warmth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the front-of-house service team with energy and clarity
• Maintain an extensive and diverse wine list, including purchasing and developing vendor relationships, under the guidance of Altamarea Group Director
• Oversee wine service and pairings
• Take the lead in growing wine/beverage sales in the restaurant and develop strong guest relationships
• Maintain the wine cellar, the beverage storeroom, and execute monthly inventories
• Oversee daily dining room service, including opening and closing procedures
• Manage guest relations, especially with VIP clientele, ensuring personalized and memorable experiences
• Collaborate closely with the senior leadership, bar, kitchen, and reservations teams
• Uphold cleanliness, organization, and operational excellence at all times
• Train and mentor new and existing staff in service standards and company culture

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a management or supervisory role in upscale or fine dining preferred
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Deep understanding of steps of service, wine, and food knowledge
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and maintain composure during peak service hours
• Experience with beverage inventory systems preferred
• A natural leader with a hands-on, team-first approach
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays preferred. This is a seasonal position.

Compensation: $75k-$90k per year, based on experience
