Line Cook

Jilli has been named one of the best bars in SF 2025 BY SF STANDARD and we're looking for a dedicated Prep/Line Cook who enjoys working in a fast-paced kitchen. The candidate we're looking for is dependable, responsible, and detail-oriented. This role will focus on ingredient prep and cooking during service.

What You'll Do

• Work with high-quality ingredients to create modern Korean small plates
• Join a dynamic kitchen team that values creativity and precision
• Maintain strong standards of cleanliness and efficiency

What We're Looking For

• At least 3 years of experience in a fast-paced commercial kitchen
• A strong work ethic and sense of responsibility — punctuality, effort, and cleanliness are important. Most of all, we need someone who can reliably show up for scheduled shifts and be counted on as part of the team
• Good teamwork and communication skills. We want to grow together and move forward as a team, not just make you another cog in the kitchen
