Premium Club Culinary Supervisor
About the Role:We are seeking a seasoned culinary professional to lead our team at TD Garden in Boston. As a Culinary Supervisor, you will oversee food preparation and production, ensuring exceptional quality and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise team members to maintain high standards of quality and service
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization, including walk-ins, freezers, and equipment
- Ensure proper food handling, storage, and rotation
- Partner with team members and management to achieve business objectives
- At least two years' experience as a line cook, including supervisory experience
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for recipe measurements and proportions
- Evening shifts, days, holidays, M-F, weekends, events
