About Wythe Hotel

Wythe Hotel is a 69-room property in a restored 1901 factory on the Williamsburg waterfront. Le Crocodile is our Michelin-recognized French brasserie. Bar Blondeau is our rooftop bar. We're an independent hotel with ownership that cares about craft and a reputation as Brooklyn's hospitality standard-bearer.

The Role

The Events Head Chef runs all culinary operations for Wythe Hotel events—weddings, corporate and cultural gatherings, and private dining. This role requires exceptional skill in French cuisine and genuine leadership ability. At Wythe, mentorship, coaching, and teaching are the most valued traits in our operation.
