About
We are hiring a diligent Warehouse Worker for our facility in Boise, Idaho. This position is fundamental to our logistics operations, involving the handling and movement of goods within the warehouse. You will be involved in various tasks, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products. A keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to safety are essential. This role demands physical capability and a proactive attitude to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our distribution center. You will be an integral part of a team dedicated to excellence in supply chain management.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for damages or discrepancies.
- Stock and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Accurately pick products based on order requirements using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Pack orders securely for shipment, ensuring proper materials and labeling.
- Load outbound shipments onto trucks.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if trained and certified).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, strictly following all safety regulations.
- Ensure proper use of PPE, including safety vests, gloves, and footwear.
- Assist with inventory control activities, including cycle counts.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is beneficial.
- Must be able to lift and move products up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Adherence to all safety procedures and the correct use of PPE.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory management.
