Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming inventory, checking for any damage or discrepancies.
- Sort and place inventory in the correct warehouse locations.
- Pick customer orders accurately using pick lists or scanners.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area, adhering to all housekeeping standards.
- Operate manual equipment such as hand trucks and pallet jacks.
- Follow all Safety guidelines and wear the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Contribute to overall team performance and logistics success.
Requirements:
- Ability to perform physical labor, including frequent bending, kneeling, and Lifting (up to 45 lbs).
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and follow instructions.
- Commitment to Safety and following all workplace rules.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
