As a Warehouse Associate, you will perform a variety of tasks including receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, and managing inventory. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and process incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare shipments for delivery, including labeling and documentation.
- Organize and maintain stock within the warehouse.
- Conduct inventory counts and assist with cycle counts.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and safe.
- Adhere to all safety regulations, including the use of PPE.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
- Perform tasks involving lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Understanding of warehouse safety procedures and PPE.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good physical stamina and ability to work on your feet.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Basic understanding of inventory management and logistics.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
