Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our team in Boise, Idaho. This role is fundamental to the smooth operation of our logistics and distribution center. As a Warehouse Associate, you will perform a variety of tasks including receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, and managing inventory. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and process incoming inventory.
  • Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Prepare shipments for delivery, including labeling and documentation.
  • Organize and maintain stock within the warehouse.
  • Conduct inventory counts and assist with cycle counts.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
  • Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and safe.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations, including the use of PPE.
  • Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
  • Perform tasks involving lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
  • Ability to perform lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Understanding of warehouse safety procedures and PPE.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good physical stamina and ability to work on your feet.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
  • Basic understanding of inventory management and logistics.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
