About
Huntsville, Alabama is looking for motivated Warehouse Associates to join our dynamic logistics team! In this role, you will be essential in supporting the efficient flow of goods through our warehouse. Your responsibilities will include receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and preparing items for shipment. You will operate various warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks, and utilize scanning technology to ensure accuracy and efficiency. A strong commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work environment is crucial, and adherence to all safety protocols, including the proper use of PPE, is required. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory.
- Stock merchandise accurately in designated locations.
- Pick and pack orders according to specifications.
- Prepare orders for shipping, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
- Operate manual pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
- Follow all safety regulations and company policies, including correct PPE usage.
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Contribute positively to team efforts and overall logistics performance.
Requirements:
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Understanding of warehouse safety best practices and the importance of PPE.
