Cincinnati, Ohio is seeking dedicated Warehouse Associates! Join our vibrant logistics team and contribute to the efficient operations of our distribution center. As a Warehouse Associate, you will perform a variety of essential tasks including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping of goods. You will operate equipment such as pallet jacks and scanners, ensuring accuracy and speed in all your duties. Maintaining a clean and safe work environment is paramount, and adherence to all safety protocols, including the mandatory use of PPE, is expected. This role requires individuals who are reliable, possess strong attention to detail, and are capable of performing physically demanding tasks. Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments.
- Stock shelves and organize inventory accurately.
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision.
- Prepare outgoing shipments for delivery.
- Operate manual pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the warehouse.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and company policies, including proper PPE usage.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency and productivity of the logistics department.
Requirements:
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is beneficial.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds repetitively.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
- Understanding of warehouse safety procedures and the importance of PPE.
