Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
- Receive and process incoming inventory, ensuring correct counts and condition.
- Stock and organize inventory within the warehouse effectively.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Participate in regular inventory counts and stock checks.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Ensure the smooth flow of goods within our logistics network.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous warehouse or distribution experience is preferred. Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting (up to 50 lbs). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Reliable and punctual with a strong commitment to Safety. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with PPE and warehouse Safety protocols. Essential for our logistics team.
