Responsibilities:
- Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly.
- Reconcile inventory records with physical stock and system data.
- Implement and maintain effective inventory control procedures.
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Manage stock rotation (e.g., FIFO/LIFO) to ensure product freshness and minimize obsolescence.
- Coordinate with receiving and shipping departments to ensure accurate transaction processing.
- Train and guide warehouse staff on inventory procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, including appropriate PPE use.
- Generate reports on inventory accuracy, stock levels, and variances.
