Responsibilities:
- Unload incoming freight and verify quantities against shipping documents.
- Sort, scan, and stock merchandise in assigned warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack orders accurately for shipment.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery safely (certification may be required).
- Conduct regular inventory cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment according to established Safety protocols.
- Wear appropriate PPE at all times.
- Assist with shipping documentation and carrier pickups.
- Support overall logistics operations and team goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Warehouse Associate or in a similar role.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including Lifting items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Understanding of logistics principles and Safety regulations.
- Must be reliable and possess a strong work ethic.
