In this role, you will contribute to various aspects of our logistics process, including receiving, storing, and preparing goods for shipment. Your efforts are key to maintaining efficiency and accuracy in our distribution center. We are committed to providing a safe work environment, which includes mandatory adherence to all safety protocols and the consistent use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position requires physical stamina, involving regular Lifting of merchandise and materials. Comprehensive training on proper Lifting techniques will be provided to ensure your safety. Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments.
- Sort, stock, and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick items from inventory to fulfill customer orders.
- Pack orders securely for shipment.
- Assist with loading outbound shipments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment like pallet jacks.
- Follow all company safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
- Participate in inventory counts and stock checks.
- Perform other duties as assigned by warehouse supervisors.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including repetitive Lifting.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is a plus.
- Must be able to wear required PPE.
- Ability to lift up to 45 lbs.
