Job Summary:
We are looking for a certified and experienced Forklift Operator to join our busy warehouse operations in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. This role is essential for the safe and efficient movement of materials within our facility. You will be responsible for operating forklifts to load, unload, and transport goods, assist with inventory management, and maintain a safe working environment. If you possess excellent forklift skills and a strong commitment to safety, this is the perfect opportunity for you to contribute to our logistics success.
Responsibilities:
  • Operate forklifts to move, stack, and retrieve materials and products within the warehouse.
  • Load and unload trucks, trailers, and containers accurately and safely.
  • Inspect forklift equipment daily and report any mechanical issues or safety concerns to management.
  • Assist with inventory management, including stock placement and cycle counts.
  • Transport goods to and from various areas of the facility as directed.
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all housekeeping standards.
  • Ensure that all movements of materials are conducted in a manner that uphms maximum safety and efficiency for the logistics team.
  • Operate other warehouse equipment as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth warehouse operations.

Requirements:
  • Valid forklift operator certification and proven experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including Lifting up to 60 lbs regularly.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and safe material handling practices.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and scanning technology is a plus.
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and awareness of surroundings.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours.
  • A strong commitment to safety is essential for this role.
