Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Sort and store inventory in designated warehouse locations, ensuring proper organization.
- Accurately pick products based on order tickets, verifying item numbers and quantities.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and staging for carrier pickup.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and manual dollies, safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment, adhering to all company guidelines and safety standards.
- Assist with inventory cycle counts and full physical inventories as required.
- Identify and report any stock discrepancies, damages, or safety hazards.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to achieve operational goals.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Must be capable of Lifting up to 55 lbs on a regular basis.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a demanding logistics environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team setting.
- Must wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Willingness to perform various tasks as directed and adapt to changing priorities.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or similar role is a plus.
- A commitment to upholding a high level of safety is mandatory.
