This position works closely with ownership, Project Management, and field leadership and is ideal for someone looking to grow into a Project Management role over time.

Position Overview
The Project Coordinator plays a critical role in the success of our civil construction projects. You will support Project Managers and field teams by coordinating documentation, schedules, communication, and cost tracking to ensure projects run smoothly from start to finish.
Who This Role Is For
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced civil construction environment, takes initiative, solves problems proactively, and wants to grow into a Project Management role. Passive, task-only applicants will not be the right fit.
Key Responsibilities
- Support project planning, scheduling, and coordination
- Assist with RFIs, change orders, progress tracking, and documentation
- Coordinate with foremen, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants
- Conduct occasional site visits
- Review drawings and specifications
- Track milestones and maintain organized records
- Assist with tendering and supplier pricing
- Support cost tracking, invoice reviews, and billing
What Success Looks Like
Within 6–12 months, you will manage project coordination with minimal oversight, become a trusted point of contact, and take on increased responsibility.
Skills & Qualifications
- 2–3 years Project Coordinator experience (civil preferred)
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Ability to read civil drawings
- Construction software familiarity an asset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Valid driver's license
Compensation
Salary: $75,000 – $90,000 annually plus performance bonuses
