As a Barista at Mississauga West, you'll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional service and high-quality beverages. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and serving a variety of coffee and tea beverages to perfection.
• Engaging with customers to provide a warm, welcoming experience.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and workspace.
• Assisting with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy hours.

We're seeking a Barista with the following qualifications:

• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of coffee preparation techniques.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to create a positive customer experience.
• Team Player: A collaborative attitude and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to Detail: A focus on quality and consistency in every cup you serve.
