Job Overview
The ideal candidate will have experience in the food industry and a strong understanding of food safety and handling practices. You will play a vital role in meal preparation, ensuring that each dish is prepared to the standards of quality and presentation.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of meals according to established recipes and menus.
- Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with food safety regulations and standards.
- Assist in the planning and execution of daily meal preparation tasks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper storage of ingredients and supplies.
- Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and assist with ordering as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Participate in menu development by providing input on seasonal dishes and specials.
- Manage kitchen operation.
- change oil fryers and cleaning equipment's.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the food service or restaurant industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of food handling, preparation techniques, and safety standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
