Job Summary:
We're looking for a motivated Warehouse Worker to join our team in Durham, North Carolina. This role is integral to our daily warehouse operations, involving a variety of tasks such as order picking, packing, loading, unloading, and general warehouse maintenance. You will contribute to the efficient flow of goods through our logistics network, ensuring customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time. Safety is paramount in our facility, and adherence to all safety protocols, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is required. This is a physically demanding position that requires attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities:
  • Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Load and unload trucks and containers.
  • Sort and organize incoming and outgoing inventory.
  • Assist with maintaining inventory accuracy through scanning and record-keeping.
  • Operate basic warehouse equipment as needed (e.g., pallet jacks).
  • Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards.
  • Adhere to all company safety rules and regulations, including the use of PPE.
  • Participate in regular safety training and contribute to a safety-conscious culture.
  • Support the logistics team in achieving daily operational goals.
  • Perform other warehouse duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:
  • Previous warehouse or general labor experience is preferred.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
  • Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics principles.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to safety procedures.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Reliable and punctual attendance.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
