We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves managing customer orders, responding to inquiries, and preparing essential documents for international shipments. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
Monitor Order Desk and enter all customer orders promptly and accurately. Respond professionally to customer telephone calls and emails. Set up and edit customer master data. Provide quotes for non-ETO parts and send customer documents such as MTRs, COC, CRN, etc., for designated orders. Prepare all commercial documents for international shipments, ensuring compliance with export rules and regulations. Prepare documentation as required for letters of credit, proforma invoices, cash against documents, and cash in advance. Process RMAs for discrepancies such as wrong part or wrong quantity, and support inspections and repairs. Proactively monitor open orders and communicate with customers and representatives regarding status, expedite requests, and delays. Collaborate with Production Planners and Purchasing Buyer/Planners to explore opportunities to improve deliveries. Create and maintain procedures and guidelines for all department processes and tasks. Cross-train to ensure strong departmental coverage during planned and unplanned absences. Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor. Essential Skills
Minimum of 3 years office experience, preferably in a technical sales department of a manufacturing company. Experience with international business, including shipments. Demonstrates A Player Competencies: Aptitude, Alliance, Agility, Accountability, Awareness, and Anticipation. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with a pleasant telephone demeanor. Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office, ERP, and CRM programs. Highly organized with strong attention to detail, able to establish priorities, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines. Additional Skills & Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; two years of college or technical school preferred. Business courses including office practices, computer classes, and word processing (work experience may substitute). Positive attitude toward company, supervision, and fellow employees, demonstrating an Ownership Mentality. Ability to work with a variety of people, including those of other cultures. Knowledge of exporting regulations and procedures. Good mathematical skills; excellent spelling, grammar, and writing skills. Work Environment

This is a Contract position based out of Oconomowoc, WI. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
