Nous recherchons une personne souhaitant saisir de nouvelles opportunités passionnantes en tant qu'Analyste d'Affaires, Fusion CPA, CFA ou MBA est un atout. 2 à 5 ans d'expérience dans les fusions et acquisitions, la banque d'investissement, la finance d'entreprise ou le conseil en gestion. Maîtrise d'Excel et de PowerPointSolides compétences en modélisation financière et évaluation (DCF, analyse d'entreprises comparables). Compréhension des principes comptables, des états financiers et de la structuration des transactions. Solides capacités d'analyse et de résolution de problèmes. Excellentes compétences en communication et en présentation. Capacité à travailler dans un environnement au rythme rapide et axé sur les délais, avec de multiples parties prenantes.
