Job Summary:
We are looking for an organized and proactive Warehouse Coordinator to manage the day-to-day operations of our facility in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. This role is vital for ensuring efficiency and smooth workflow within the warehouse. You will be responsible for coordinating shipping and receiving activities, managing inventory, supervising warehouse staff, and ensuring adherence to all safety standards. Your role is key to the success of our supply chain and logistics .
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, warehousing, and distribution.
  • Coordinate with carriers and drivers for timely pickups and deliveries.
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure accuracy through regular audits.
  • Supervise, train, and motivate warehouse staff.
  • Ensure all warehouse activities are conducted safely and efficiently, adhering to all safety protocols.
  • Implement and maintain warehouse procedures and standards.
  • Manage the allocation of warehouse space and ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to orders and shipments.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and operational activities.
  • Ensure proper use of PPE and adherence to all safety guidelines, including those related to machinery operation and lifting up to 40 lbs.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Warehouse Coordinator or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Understanding of supply chain and logistics principles.
  • Ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Proficiency in relevant software, including MS Office.
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and ensuring proper use of PPE .
  • Experience with shipping and receiving procedures.
  • Ability to handle physical demands, including regular lifting .
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
