Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff
- Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping
- Ensure efficient order fulfillment and inventory accuracy
- Implement and enforce all Safety policies and procedures
- Train and develop warehouse associates
- Monitor and manage equipment maintenance
- Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment, ensuring proper PPE usage
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in warehouse supervision
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent understanding of warehouse Logistics and inventory control
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace Safety
- Ability to manage tasks involving significant Lifting and material handling
