About

About the Team Our Data & Analytics practice sits at the heart of digital transformation. We advise and deliver across the data lifecycle—from advisory to implementation—helping clients build modern data ecosystems, unlock value from AI, and scale responsibly. We work across four key pillars:
Data Strategy & Governance
Data Engineering & Architecture
Analytics & Decision Intelligence
AI & Generative AI Innovation
About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and technically strong Palantir Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) to lead the full lifecycle of data‑driven solution development—from strategic planning and stakeholder engagement to hands‑on implementation and scaling. As an FDE, you will work directly with clients and internal teams to understand complex business challenges and design scalable, fault‑tolerant ETL/ELT pipelines using PySpark, SQL, and Foundry’s proprietary tools such as Pipeline Builder and Code Workbook.
Key Responsibilities
Productization & Scaling: Create prototypes and convert them into production‑grade solutions, driving adoption across teams and geographies.
Governance & Compliance: Implement data validation, monitoring, and documentation to ensure integrity, traceability, and compliance with privacy and security standards.
Cross‑functional Collaboration: Work with deployment strategists, software engineers, and product designers to shape how data is used across decision‑making workflows.
Requirements
Strong programming skills in Python, SQL, and optionally Java/Scala.
Hands‑on experience with Palantir Foundry tools, including Code Repositories, Pipeline Builder, Code Workbook, Ontology Management, Contour, Solution Designer, Data Lineage, Data Health, Data Connections, and Egress Policies.
Experience in end‑to‑end solution development, from requirement gathering to deployment and scaling.
Understanding of data architecture, including data lakes, warehousing, schema design, and performance optimization.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments and learn new tools quickly.
Preferred: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Preferred: Domain experience in Oil & Gas, Finance, Healthcare, Logistics, Aerospace or Defense.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
Why Join Us?
Be part of a bold, growing team shaping the future of data and AI.
Work with some of the most exciting clients and use cases in the industry.
Learn, experiment, and grow in a culture that values impact, autonomy, and continuous development.
Access global career mobility and formal mentorship across domains.
