Cook Children’s Health Care System is seeking a Ultrasound Technologist for a job in Prosper, Texas. Ultrasound Technologist ~ Discipline: Allied Health Professional ~ Start Date: ASAP ~ Shift: 12 hours ~ Medical Center-Prosper Radiology-Ultrasound Shift: Weekend Shift (United States of America) This position is responsible for performing quality ultrasound examinations at the direction of a Licensed Independent Practitioner (LIP). Sonographer utilizes application of advanced clinical and technical knowledge to provide safe quality procedures aligned with Cook Children's values and Our Promise. This position is accountable for providing direct patient care and maintaining expertise for all ages spanning from neonatal/newborn to young adults. First Shift, Fri-Sun, 6:30am-7pm. Completion of accredited Medical Sonography Program by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs Three years of ultrasound experience preferred Cook Children’s is an equal opportunity employer.
