General Summary Architects, designs, implements, verifies, and optimizes performance and power of GPU cores. Responsible for verification of Graphics IP, and performing pre- and post-silicon verification to verify correctness and ensure performance and power goals are met.
Responsibilities
Owning and executing key independent tasks towards program requirements.
Communicating effectively about day-to-day activities.
Working within prescribed timelines and resource constraints.
Applying creative troubleshooting for technical problems.
Research and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
Problem-solving and data analysis as needed.
Principal Duties
Design and verify GPU hardware, drivers, features, applications, and tools using Graphics knowledge.
Create and maintain verification test benches in SystemVerilog/UVM.
Develop advanced testing frameworks for real-world system conditions.
Collaborate with architecture, software, firmware, and validation teams.
Participate in architecture reviews.
Execute system-level testing including benchmarks and compliance tests.
Build automation for continuous integration and testing.
Analyze test results and identify issues.
Align on feature development scopes and meet targets.
Document technical features and projects.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in relevant fields + 4+ years experience, or
Master's degree + 3+ years experience, or
PhD + 2+ years experience.
Preferred Qualifications
5+ years of relevant experience.
Verification skills and SystemVerilog/UVM expertise.
Experience with emulation platforms and GPU verification.
Knowledge of scripting, embedded firmware, benchmarking, and OS kernel architecture.
Additional skills in formal verification, development tools, and hardware platforms.
