As an Analog IC Design Principal Engineer with Marvell, you'll be a member of the Central Engineering business group. Central Engineering provides critical IP to various divisions including Automotive, Storage, Security, and Networking. You'll be part of a small, impactful analog team, with opportunities to learn and specialize deeply in your projects. What You Can Expect
Seeking a Mixed Signal Designer to join a key team designing sophisticated CMOS transceiver/SERDES products. Responsibilities include architectural investigations, circuit implementation (PLL, DLL, ADC, regulators, amplifiers, TX, RX, CDRs), design verification using tools like SPICE, Spectre, MATLAB, and more. The role involves layout activities, lab characterization, debugging, validation, documentation, customer support, and cross-team collaboration. What We're Looking For
Strong knowledge of deep sub-micron CMOS technologies. Hands-on experience designing mixed signal circuits such as ADCs, DACs, PLLs, filters, regulators, etc. Knowledge of PCIE specifications, system-level design, and support experience with SOCs and post-silicon testing. Expertise in low power and high-speed design techniques. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Proficiency with IC design CAD tools like Spectre, Spice, Matlab, Verilog, etc. Lab testing skills for evaluating prototypes. Master's or PhD in Electrical Engineering or related fields, with 5-10 years of experience. Compensation and Benefits
The expected base pay range is $165,630 - $248,100 annually, depending on skills, experience, and location. Additional compensation includes bonuses and equity.
