Join our dedicated team as a Distribution Center Associate in Jacksonville, Florida! This role is fundamental to the smooth operation of our distribution network. You will be involved in various warehouse activities, including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and preparing shipments. Your efficiency and accuracy are crucial for ensuring timely delivery of products to our customers and maintaining high operational standards within our logistics hub. Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload goods, verifying quantities and checking for damage.
- Stock merchandise in appropriate warehouse locations.
- Accurately pick items to fulfill customer orders.
- Pack items securely and efficiently for shipping.
- Prepare orders for dispatch, including labeling and staging.
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment as required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Comply with all company Safety policies and protocols.
- Wear designated PPE at all times while on duty.
- Perform tasks requiring regular Lifting , potentially up to 50 pounds.
- Contribute to the seamless execution of our Logistics operations.
We are seeking energetic, reliable, and team-oriented individuals. The ability to follow instructions, work efficiently, and maintain a strong focus on accuracy is essential. Physical stamina is required, as the role involves standing for long periods and frequent lifting.
