About
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our growing team in Austin, Texas. As a Warehouse Associate, you will perform a variety of tasks essential to the daily operations of our distribution center. This includes receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. Your role is fundamental to ensuring our inventory is managed accurately and our customers receive their orders promptly. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive logistics environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming materials and verify against purchase orders.
- Stock shelves and organize inventory in designated areas.
- Pick items accurately based on customer orders.
- Pack orders securely for shipment, ensuring product protection.
- Load outgoing shipments onto trucks.
- Operate manual and powered warehouse equipment as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Use required PPE consistently and correctly.
- Engage in frequent Lifting of products, with some items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Contribute to the overall effectiveness of our Logistics operations.
The ideal candidate will be energetic, detail-oriented, and possess a strong work ethic. The ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting is crucial. Physical stamina and the ability to perform tasks requiring repeated motion and lifting are essential. Prior warehouse experience is a plus, but not required, as we offer comprehensive training.
