Join our team as a Warehouse Worker in Raleigh, North Carolina! We are looking for energetic and dependable individuals to assist with a variety of tasks within our distribution center. This role is fundamental to our daily operations, ensuring that inventory is managed, orders are fulfilled, and the warehouse remains a safe and productive environment. This is a great entry-level position for those interested in the logistics industry. Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Operate manual pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory management.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently.
- Adhere strictly to all company Safety protocols.
- Properly use and maintain all issued PPE .
- Engage in frequent Lifting of items, with some packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of our Logistics operations.
The ideal candidate is a team player with a strong work ethic and the ability to follow instructions. Physical stamina and the ability to perform tasks requiring repeated motion and lifting are essential. No prior warehouse experience is necessary, as we provide on-the-job training. We are committed to creating a safe and inclusive workplace.
